Refund Policy

Project-based work
For fixed-scope projects (websites, branding, design), a non-refundable deposit secures your project slot. Remaining milestone payments are refundable only for work not yet started at the time of cancellation.
Monthly retainers
Monthly plans (paid media management, SEO, social media, etc.) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month's work has begun, reflecting the strategy, setup and management time already committed.
Ad spend
Advertising spend passed through to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or other platforms is non-refundable by us, as it is paid directly to those platforms.
Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring plan with 30 days' written notice. Work already delivered or in progress during the notice period remains billable.
Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at hello@nexora.example.com within 15 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly.
